Jim, a friend of Denzel's that owns a resturant called Tastebuds, asked Denzel to make an Asian type sauce for him. He gave him some ginger, and he added a little sesame oil to a habanero mash, and WOW did it taste good! Blake was toying with the idea of a oriental label and basically had it finished before Denzel even started making the sauce, so everything came together quite quickly. Like you'd expect, it's real great in stirfrys. It's intense flavours help us to win 3rd place in the international food competition held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It also Won a 2003 Scovie.
