For quite some time people have been asking Denzel to make a fruit based hot sauce. Peaches were an obvious choice for him because up there in BC they can always get good quality, locally grown peaches. This sauce is milder than most of my habanero sauces, but it does have a bit of heat to it. It's kind of a delayed reaction sort of thing. Sweet and peachy at first, then about 5 or 6 seconds later you get that pleasant wave of habanero induced heat and the endorphine rush that goes with it. That little bit extra is free of charge.
